Must I inscribe these colours ,

these splashes of heart in the dark, in secret?

Fugitive thoughts creep across the wall.

Graffiti of the heart ,

expression of my art.

Some won't get it, some will white wash it.

But it will return...be assured.

Can't keep an artist down.

This is

an expression from the depths of me

sprayed onto blank silences.
